Instasmile - Stole my money...
This company took my money for a platinum device then proceeded to lie and lie about completion dates.I agreed to work with them as they offered me an extended warranty for all the delays.
I actually believed them. I really did. We even started the impression process over from the beginning. They continued to lie about the completion date.
After numerous dates given to me I never received the device. After filing a complaint with the the BBB, they agreed to refund my money. That was over a month ago. I have called and they will not return my calls.
They have not refunded my money.They took my money with no problem and now I have absolutely nothing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Are thieves, Poor customer service.

I myself agree they took the money and never could make the product and only gave me $219 dollars back instead of the $319 plus the extra money for the putty. E-mail me nathanvickers1987@yahoo.com
