I ordered an upper arch, received my impression kit and sent it back. (I had to pay $7.00 shipping) paid $150.00 extra for express shipping, when I received the product I tried them on and they were way too big.

I contacted instasmile and was told they would send me a return slip so they could fix the problem. Now they tell me the production manager says they had to be designed that way and there is nothing they can do about it. They told to read the terms and conditions refund policy. So now I am stuck with a product that does not fit and am out close to $500.00.

This could be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will now contact my attorney general's office to file a formal complaint and will contact my bank to request a charge back.
