My problem is about it being almost a year and your company saying I never sent in my impressions yet continued on taking weekly payments from my credit card I sent in my trays never got email of response back to what had happen and finally get told ok very pissy told the process refund minus 120.00 fee firstly I don't fall in line with that I never got anything back from you so there for you took money and never gave me product yes I was already told by attorney that I could press fraud charges and also that I clerk for consumer law offices I know all the legistic of my rights I'm hoping to recieve full 600.00 and than I drop from sigthe class action lawsuit your company already has pending it's only right this be done

User's recommendation: No not good company.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Instasmile Cons: Worst customer service, Waiting over 30 days for refund, Stressed me out, Not enough communication.
