Not resolved

First I get my kit impressions..send them in .. week later email saying by another kit upper impression not suitable...ok do this...

week goes buy no new impression kit finally after several emails got the new was for lowers call to find out why they it was lowers that were bad not the upper and that they could not do the upper because I had a missing tooth have to have 4th 5th or 6th tooth back on both sides of mouth...I do!

There I cancelled order and refused to pay affirm ...told affirm I am not paying for a product I didn't receive they would not do it either and since they back it up so much they could figure out what the problem was and get their money back from them. So only out 50 bucks for 2 impression kits
